Return to Glory: Bryant uses 4th-quarter comeback to beat Bentonville for 7A title



The Bryant Hornets avenged their 2023 semi-final loss to Bentonville, beating the Tigers 28-23 in the Class 7A championship at War Memorial Stadium.

Trailing 13-7 at halftime, Bryant regrouped and turned things around in the second half, outscoring Bentonville 21-10 – scoring the final 14 points of the game.

Senior quarterback Jordan Walker was named the 7A Finals Most Valuable Player after tallying 277 total yards of offense and four touchdowns.

Bryant returns to the top of Class 7A football, capturing their sixth title in the last seven seasons. The Hornets end their 2024 season perfect with a 13-0 overall record as the No. 1 team in the state.
