Fearless Friday Super 7 Softball Rankings (4/28/2025)

By Kyle Sutherland

The postseason officially gets underway this week with Class 1A-4A playing district tournaments, while 5A and 6A are wrapping up the final two weeks of the regular season.

May is also right around the corner at the backend of the week and this slate of rankings featured the most movement across the board that we have seen all year.

Bentonville West clawed its way into the 6A Top 5 following a win over Rogers and right below the state’s largest classification, madness ensued in 5A. Due to all that happened last week a couple of teams (White Hall and Maumelle) dropped due to no fault of their own, but there is still a whole lot to figure out over the next couple of weeks before state tournaments begin.

4A was in the same position as 5A last week as far as the drastic movement, but stayed mostly the same minus Nashville checking in at the seventh and final spot, while the Lavaca Arrows made the biggest jump in 3A securing the No. 5 spot.

2023 2A state champion and 2024 runner-up Riverside has been playing more like itself and moved up to No. 3 in the 2A Super 7 and 1A teams stayed the same but experienced some shifting after some of the squads from the deep 1A-2 conference had some back-and-forth finishes.
