OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Brandon Allen, QB, Fayetteville
Allen threw for 3,420 yards and 38 touchdowns to lead the Bulldogs to the state championship game for just the second time in school history. Allen did not throw an interception during the regular season. He also ran for 647 yards and eight touchdowns. In his career, he set passing records in the stateâs largest classification with 10,092 yards and 98 touchdowns. He also ran for 1,006 yards and 16 touchdowns in his career.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Samuel Harvill, DL, Shiloh Christian
Harvill had 15-1/2 sacks and 40-1/2 tackles for lost yardage in leading Shiloh Christian to its third straight state championship. Harvill finished his career as the all-time leader with 48 sacks and 96 tackles for lost yardage. Also, in his four-year career, the Saints were 52-5 with four appearances in the state championship game.
